1. Ordering & Account Questions
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may place an order as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and access your order history.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
2. Shipping & Delivery
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day.
How long does shipping take?
Handling time is 1 business day. Transit time generally ranges from 2–6 business days. Total delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
3. Shipping Fees
How much does shipping cost?
Mercref offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order. There are no hidden or additional handling fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability may vary by location. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment methods, including PayPal and major credit or debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Mercref does not store your full payment details.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
5. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
Are there any return fees?
No. Mercref does not charge restocking or processing fees for eligible returns.

Are product images accurate?
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product page. If unsure, contact our support team for assistance.
Will the shoes look exactly like the photos?
Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing differences, but overall design and quality remain consistent with descriptions.

What if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or external factors. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
