Change & Cancel Policy

This Change & Cancel Policy explains how customers may request order modifications, address updates, item changes, or order cancellations after placing an order through Mercref. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience while processing requests as quickly as possible.

At Mercref, we understand that customers may occasionally need to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Whether an incorrect shipping address was entered, a product selection needs adjustment, or an order is no longer needed, our team will always try to assist whenever possible.

Because orders are processed quickly to support fast shipping and efficient fulfillment, requests for changes or cancellations are time-sensitive and cannot always be guaranteed once processing has started.

This policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for requesting order modifications or cancellations before shipment.

Order Changes


Customers who need to make changes to an order should contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address or redirect the package.

Mercref is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Order Cancellation Requests


Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the order.

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment preparation begins. Because our fulfillment process starts quickly, cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current order status at the time the request is received.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be available.

If an order has already shipped, customers may need to follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Refunds After Cancellation
