This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered after a purchase is placed through Mercref. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

At Mercref, we understand that reliable shipping is one of the most important parts of the online shopping experience. Whether you are purchasing belts, hats, or sunglasses, our team works carefully to ensure every order is processed quickly, packaged securely, and delivered efficiently.

Order Processing


All orders placed through Mercref are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing the shipment as quickly as possible. Processing includes payment verification, product inspection, packaging preparation, and carrier scheduling.

Each order is reviewed carefully before shipment to help ensure customers receive the correct items in excellent condition. We aim to maintain both efficiency and quality throughout the fulfillment process.

Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time may begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed once normal operations resume.

During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may occasionally require additional time. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified using the contact information provided during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time


Mercref currently offers standard shipping within the United States at a flat shipping rate. Delivery estimates include both handling time and transit time after shipment.

Although we always work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, destination location, transportation disruptions, or seasonal demand.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Cut-off Time


Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically processed the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time may begin processing on the following business day.

For example, if an order is placed during the afternoon before the cut-off time, the order may enter processing that same day. However, orders submitted later in the evening are generally processed during the next business day.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing once business operations resume.

Shipping Carriers


To provide dependable shipping services across the United States, Mercref works with trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Carrier selection may vary depending on shipping destination, package size, operational availability, and logistics efficiency.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for transportation and final delivery. Carrier schedules may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, or operational delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information


Once an order has been shipped successfully, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking details allow customers to monitor shipment progress and estimated delivery updates directly through the carrier.

Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after shipment confirmation. In some cases, carriers require additional time before tracking activity becomes visible in their system.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates regularly to stay informed about shipment progress and estimated delivery dates.

Delivery Issues


While most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, transportation issues, seasonal demand, or incorrect shipping information.

If tracking information indicates that a shipment has been delayed, customers should first review the latest tracking updates provided by the carrier.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments.

If an incorrect address is discovered after an order has been placed, customers should contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist before shipment, address changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing has started.

Order Changes & Cancellation


Customers who wish to modify or cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the order.

Because orders are processed quickly, modifications or cancellations may only be possible before shipment preparation begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, changes may no longer be available. Although we always try to assist customers whenever possible, we cannot guarantee successful modifications after processing has started.

International Shipping


At this time, Mercref only ships within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping services. Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled during order review.
